I placed my order on Friday17/2/2017 with next day delivery specified. I realised it would not turn up until the Monday. Monday came and went and still nothing as yet. I have contacted them several times to ask what is going on. They ignore all email contact. I have asked for a refund through PayPal. This company should not be allowed to dupe people out of money and not send the products out!!

Only half my order came and the rest, needless to say the most expensive and purpose of my order, was never received. 6 international phone calls, many emails and the same story over and over and months later still nothing. No one can help on the phone, they say someone will call back but no one ever does. They don't even answer the emails. I finally gave up and tons of time and money wasted with no order in the end. I think the company is a fraud - going out of business and getting rid of the last supplies that were probably bought up by some dishonest investor. Save your money and time - shop elsewhere.

Midoo is great, really easy site, nice fast payments service, it's not to well known which is a shame, but better then the 'big sites' I'll be sure to return for another purchase
After waiting two weeks for an order to arrive I sent several emails to Midoo requesting an order status update and did not receive a reply to any of them. I called them directly, the lady on the phone couldn't help and promised that somebody would call me back; nobody did. I called again three hours later, she promised that somebody would call me back; nobody did. I called again the next day and was told the product was out of stock all along (nice of them to let me know) and I have the option of a refund, which I accepted. Five days pass without a refund so I was finally forced into opening a PayPal dispute to get my money back. So three weeks, three emails, three phone calls and a PayPal dispute just to end up back where I started.
This company is fantastic- products are cheap, and they deliver all products in discreet packaging which is really nice, and my product came so quickly too! I would recommend and definitely use again!
